Human Resources Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a full cycle recruiter to join our client's growing organization in their Phoenix office! In this position, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment and thinking outside the box on how to obtain great candidates for your open reqs. The ideal candidate will be someone who has touched on sales previously and has a driven, energetic mindset. A successful recruiter will collaborate with their clients on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Responsibilities: Identify top talent using recruiting tools such as job boards and in-house recruiting software Pre-screen and qualify candidates for various job orders in the office, prioritizing the hottest job orders Identify and recruit qualified candidates for short-term and long-term assignments Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in the industry through calling, in-person meetings, and other creative techniques Drive the full sales cycle from making / sending introductory calls and emails, assessing and building the relationship and closing the partnership Qualifications/Skills: Bachelors Degree preferred Minimum of 2 years professional experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting or a related field Possess strong ability to interview and screen ideal candidates within an appropriate and consistent timeline Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and negotiation skills Pay: $50k - $60k annual Salary (depending on experience and role) If you are interested in this Recruiter position and meet the minimum requirements, please apply today!
