Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Our amazing client in the Parsippany area is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Hybrid 23 days onsite; 3 days onsite required during training) Compensation (When Perm) $90,000$115,000 (based on experience) Experience Required: 610 years This person will support high?volume and high?impact recruiting across the Digital Solutions and Energy divisions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including direct partnership with the Director and Principal, while contributing to the continued growth of two expanding business units. Key Responsibilities Manage full?cycle recruitment Handle searches that typically receive strong applicant volume and streamlined candidate flow. Partner directly with the Director and Principal on role strategy, interview planning, and hiring decisions. Lead talent acquisition efforts for niche roles Conduct deep sourcing to identify specialized industry talent. Build and maintain pipelines for hard?to?fill technical positions. Manage a high-volume requisition load across both divisions. Conduct intake meetings, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver qualified shortlists. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skill fit, experience, and cultural alignment. Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the ATS. Promote best?in?class candidate and hiring manager experiences. Qualifications 610 years of full?cycle recruiting experience. Agency recruiting experience preferred, but not required. Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify specialized technical talent. Experience recruiting within engineering, energy, technology, or related spaces is a plus.
