Archbold Orthopedics seeks a motivated PA to join our new orthopedic service line, focused on innovative, patient-centered care. Job Description: Diagnosis and treatment of specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents, adults and geriatrics Assessment and management of pain Outpatient/inpatient clinical responsibilities applicable to specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents , adults and geriatrics Understands importance of excellent customer service and teamwork Maintains complete, accurate and legible documentation Assumes responsibility for professional development and ongoing education to maintain a high degree of proficiency Demonstrates consistent level of performance and productivity Experience/Education: Graduate of appropriate baccalaureate and accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant licensed in the State of Georgia and current national certification Perks/Benefits: xmvmafu (for eligible employees): Starting salary range begins at $115,000 Bonus structure of 15% of annual salary Eligible for sign-on bonus Yearly CME allowance Have optimal opportunity for career growth within our growing organization Medical / Dental Retirement Plan PTO and paid life insurance
