What you'll do as an Administrative Professional 3: Greet & respond to in-person, telephone, &/or written inquiries; provide complete, knowledgeable, & accurate responses to internal &/or external customers. Assist with Conference Center scheduling, set-up, &/or special events. Process incoming & outgoing mail. Prepare payroll reports &/or timesheets. Compose business letters, memos, &/or other forms of publication as needed. Qualifications Option 1: 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field. Option 2: -Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college AND 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field. Option 3: -Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2, 16872. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
