This position will be filled as Financial Analyst III, Lead or Sr Lead depending on level of experience.Job Summary/Purpose Internally classified as "Financial Analyst," the Financial Business Partner (FBP) Program Manager within FBP's Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for developing problem-solving approaches for transformational and process improvement efforts and initiatives within FBP, monitoring and reporting FBP KPIs, calculating and reporting incentive compensation, and program management and change management of FBP initiatives. Job Duties/Responsibilities Utilize process improvement methodologies and related skills to facilitate end-to-end process mapping sessions, perform gap analyses and drive teams to re-design processes to be more efficient, including the application of technology for further automation and the development of related performance management measures. Act as an agent of change and thought leader in driving continuous improvement. Identifies and performs necessary updates to reports, models or related systems. Effectively communicates issues and resolves pain points to internal stakeholders in a clear manner. Oversee FBP projects, ensure they align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value, and drive cross-functional coordination both within FBP and with other Entergy stakeholders. Support organizational change required to adopt new capabilities delivered by the program. Identify, track, and mitigate risks or issues that affect the program's success. Provide status updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership. Develop quantitative analyses, ad-hoc reports and models to measure performance of the program throughout its life cycle. Supports Finance Business Parter (FBP) organization through the strategic development of training documents and standard operating procedures. Communicates with other departments to gather information about Entergy's processes and transactions. Communicates with subject matter experts across the company to better understand the impact of certain projects and/or investments to FBP.
