Warehouse Associate

Distribution Center Warehouse Associate Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time) Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, and Doors. Purpose of Position: As a Distribution Center Associate at West Shore Home, you will assist the Distribution Center Supervisor in supporting the Regional Operations team by handling shipping and receiving, maintaining consumables and supplies, handling building maintenance, and participating as needed in Lean events, 6S, and Inventory Management Systems. Key Role Accountabilities: Examine deliveries for damage and review Bill of Ladings and packing slips for accuracy. Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels and ensure accuracy when picking product. Keep warehouse neat, clean, and organized. Notify on-site supervisor of any discrepancy in material or documentation. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with shipping and receiving preferred. Forklift experience preferred.
