Dallas, TX 75231 Work hours: PRN "AS NEEDED", Nights, 7:00pm - 7:00am NICU Department highlights: Fast-paced Level III NICU Provides care for 22+ weeks Supportive leadership supporting opportunities for certification in High-Risk Neonatal Nursing Qualifications Here's What You Need: High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1 year of healthcare experience strongly preferred. Previous Unit Secretary, Patient Care Technician, or Patient Access experience preferred. Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills. What You Will Do: ORGANIZATIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS: Performs all tasks to meet the needs of physicians, staff, patient, and other customers. PARTNERSHIP: Uses Professional Practice Model philosophy to work in partnership with patients, families, physicians, peers and all other disciplines. WORKPLACE/PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Serves as a patient advocate. QUALITY AND SAFETY: Assists in the identification of ineffective and costly processes and takes action to improve them.
