Responsibilities/Job Description: Fairview is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join M Health Fairview - St. John's Hospital. Join a group of physicians interested in staying on the cutting edge of their field and participating in quality improvement committees. Practice details: Join a collaborative group of 5 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers. Affiliated with the University of Minnesota, our community clinics provide exceptional, patient-centered care along with the ability to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and participates in tumor boards. Openings: 1.0 FTE (flexible schedule) plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) M Health Fairview St. John s Hospital, is part of Fairview Health Services, opened in Maplewood in 1985. St. John s Hospital provides a comprehensive range of medical care in the community, from the intensivist program (on-site critical care physician specialists) a wide variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the America Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
