Network & Systems Analyst Location: Lutz, FL (Onsite) Position Overview Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Network & Systems Analyst to support critical infrastructure environments in Lutz, Florida. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing secure, resilient network infrastructure across complex operational environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, and Cisco ISE, and will play a key role in network segmentation, Network Access Control (NAC), vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure upgrades. This position involves collaborating with network engineering teams to implement modern networking and security strategies such as SASE, segmentation, and NAC enforcement while ensuring the reliability and performance of enterprise network systems. Key Responsibilities Network Infrastructure Management Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, SDN, Cisco ACI fabrics, and operational technology (OT) networks. Maintain high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise network environments. Deploy, maintain, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, wireless access points, and ACI technologies. Security & Compliance Implement and maintain network segmentation strategies, including micro-segmentation and policy-based controls. Support Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Cisco ISE for device authentication and access enforcement. Perform vulnerability remediation, patching, and upgrades for Cisco routers and switches. Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Operations & Engineering Perform network device upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle refreshes across multiple sites. Monitor, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network infrastructure issues. Collaborate with infrastructure teams supporting server, storage, and cloud environments. Maintain documentation related to network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures. Required Qualifications 57+ years of experience planning, designing, implementing, and supporting network systems. Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless networking technologies. Experience working in Cisco WAN, SDN, and ACI environments. Proven experience patching and upgrading Cisco network equipment. Experience implementing network segmentation and NAC enforcement. Strong troubleshooting and break-fix support experience with router and switch configurations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data center architectures or operational technology (OT) networks. Experience working in highly regulated or mission-critical infrastructure environments. Familiarity with SASE architectures and modern network security frameworks.
