Cost Conductor In your role as the Cost Conductor, you'll oversee the financial health of the organization's operations, ensuring that all expenditures are justified, within budget, and properly recorded. You'll perform daily cost monitoring, long-term budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Spares, Repair & Maintenance, and Raw Materials. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Pull cost box to monitor spending per SDWT in Spares, Repair & Maintenance and Raw Materials. Check SDWT budgets- Add additional budget to keep the factory running if necessary. Monitor all Purchase Requests to ensure that parts ordered are needed. Question SDWT teams if excess ordered. Monitor Cost Box entries and make sure they are created correctly and up to date on status. Review Cost Box suggestions and analyze best means of implementation. Create monthly Cost slides and present to Cost Council Invoice all Field Service contract payments for vendors using the Accounts Payable site as well as Zesati for submission. Oversee the equipment Management Team meeting with Ahmed Ali to discuss DI issues and help needs. Oversee the fab Engineering Bi-Monthly meeting with SAS Vice President to present on DI cost standings. Ensure that all cost box entries for are accurate so that end of month KPI's are met. Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: 3+ year of experience in a related field - Experience in cost management or a related field. Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point Strong organization skills able to coordinate large training projects All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor require you to be onsite. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
