Recruiting Assistant As a Recruiting Assistant, you will coordinate the recruitment process from job posting through candidate selection and offer stage. You will be responsible for posting and managing job openings through the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards, screening applications and resumes to identify candidates, and scheduling and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will participate in job fairs and hiring events, maintain accurate records within the ATS, and track recruitment metrics. Track recruitment metrics. Essential Skills: Proficiency in recruiting and talent acquisition. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong administrative support and coordination skills. Ability to screen candidates effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 2-4 years of HR or recruiting experience. Experience with UKG is a plus. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Chesapeake, VA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
