What You'll Do Lead end-to-end supply chain analyses that improve inventory efficiency, support sales, and strengthen operational performance Serve as a subject matter expert in inventory management, reporting, analytics, and supply chain systems Partner closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions Perform high-impact, ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership, synthesizing complex data into clear insights and recommendations Independently manage projects and initiatives in ambiguous or evolving environments, driving work forward with minimal oversight Support and advance strategic initiatives related to planning, forecasting, and allocation across the supply chain network Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that enable faster, more informed decision-making Identify process gaps and opportunities, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related field within a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership from problem identification through execution Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience communicating to cross-functional and senior audiences Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, large data sets, and reporting (macros a plus) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What You'll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 - $114,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days. Caring Community.
