Established in Boise, Idaho in 2004, ERHC is regarded as our region’s leader in first responder medicine. ERHC is the provider of choice for nearly 40 public emergency response agencies, and cares for a patient panel of more than 8,000 responders and their family members (newborn to age 65). ERHC’s practice model spans “360 degrees of care” from preventative health and wellness, occupational medicine, primary and urgent care, physical therapy and Workers’ Compensation case management, to mental health services and workforce wellness consultation. In 2025, we expanded our unique practice model through a second clinic in Spokane to serve Northeastern Washington/Northern Idaho communities, at the invitation of local emergency agencies. Based on continued growth, ERHC has recently opened a second southwestern Idaho clinic in Nampa, increasing convenience for patients across our region. We’re seeking top-caliber family/internal medicine providers to deliver broad-spectrum outpatient primary and preventive care, spanning in-depth, duty-specific Annual Wellness Exams and leading-edge cardiac and cancer screenings; occupational/sports medicine and continuity family medicine care; and mental health screening.
