Patient Care Coordinator Located in greater Boston, Audiology and Hearing Solutions (AHS) is a well-established, multi-location private audiology practice focused on providing exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest level of integrity. With offices in Winchester and Woburn, AHS is known for its patient-first approach, collaborative team environment, and commitment to best practices in hearing healthcare. AHS is hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to support daily operations across both locations. Position Overview The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for patients and providers alike. This individual will work a split schedule between the Winchester and Woburn offices, serving as the first point of contact for patients and supporting both clinical and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced medical practice environment. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a patient-centered mindset are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide an excellent first impression, both in person and over the phone Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling across both office locations Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect co-pays as needed Coordinate patient flow to support audiologists and clinical staff Maintain accurate patient records within the practice management system Handle incoming calls, voicemails, and general inquiries professionally and efficiently Support office organization, including supply management and general front-desk operations Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and next steps Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations across both locations Requirements Prior experience in a medical, healthcare, or professional office setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, patient-focused approach Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Comfort working independently and as part of a team Willingness and ability to work a split schedule between Winchester and Woburn Benefits M-F 8:30-5 Comprehensive healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision) Paid time off and paid holidays Matching 401(k) Supportive and collaborative team environment
