Electrical QA Inspector Data Center

We are seeking an experienced Electrical QA Inspector to support the development of hyperscale data center projects for a leading technology client. This client-facing role requires strong communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Electrical QA Inspector will ensure implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and oversee construction audits, inspections, and commissioning activities. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and meeting project requirements. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, safety, and environmental regulations Review and verify material submittals and delivered materials Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and maintenance logs Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and Definable Features of Work (DFW) inspections Develop and execute inspection and test plans Maintain quality manuals, checklists, and reports Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and inspection agencies Track and resolve non-conformance and quality issues Support commissioning and project closeout documentation Ensure proper calibration of inspection and testing equipment Prepare quality progress reports and presentations for project leadership Required Qualifications 15+ years of construction and quality management experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience managing QA/QC functions, inspections, and field engineering Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) Strong knowledge of high, medium, and low-voltage systems, HVAC, controls, and commissioning Experience with large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications PMP, CCQM, CQA, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 certifications USACE or LEED experience Background in data center construction and development Position Details Location: Conesville, Ohio (On-site) Position: Electrical QA Inspector Employment: Full-time, salary-based Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
