Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across various grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This role is based in a school setting located in Allentown, PA, providing essential speech and language services to enhance student communication skills and academic success. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to intervention strategies. Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP license appropriate for service in the state. Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff. Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed documentation. Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting if required. Additional Information:This position is offered on a contractual basis, with travel contracts available for qualified candidates. Travel applicants must hold a valid SLP license for the state they are applying for. Eligible travel candidates will receive tax-free stipends for housing and meals to support their assignments.
