Data Solutions Specialist The Data Solutions' team serves a central role by providing unparalleled customer service with our clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires understanding clients' marketing goals and tailoring Epsilon's data to achieve those goals. The Sr. Data Solutions Specialist primary goal is to provide an innovative and analytical approach toward account management. Responsibilities include facilitating the successful completion of Data Delivery Orders including complex / custom projects. Lead and manage department and cross functional projects as assigned. Provides ongoing mentoring and guidance to account support team members. Skilled in developing client support strategy and partnering with Sales to manage day-to-day customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Accuracy: Makes decisions based on analysis and experience. Coordinates order management efficiently. Meets departmental quality metrics using verification methods. Productivity: Manages sector team workflow and executes promotion programs. Coordinates meetings to review forecasts, orders, and project progress. Understands product applications and client strategies. Effectively handles risk, uncertainty, and ambiguous situations to deliver results. Avoids disruptions caused by disorganization, lack of priorities, or unrealistic timeframes. Knowledge and Skill Development: Attains proficiency in required areas and actively works on self-improvement. Understands how strategies impact clients and businesses. Participates in training to build strategic and technical knowledge. Organizational and Interpersonal Positioning: Builds rapport, listens well, and adapts communication when necessary. Prioritizes customer needs while remaining fair to others. Provides clear objectives, expectations, and feedback. Acts in line with core values and maintains integrity. Takes responsibility, ensures privacy, and fosters customer-first relationships. Balances tactical execution with strategic foresight. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. At least five years' experience in a customer service role. Comfortable and proficient in Windows, GUI, and Command Line interfaces (including Unix). Proficient in using internal systems and tools. Core Skills: High attention to detail and proven strategic thinking. Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for various issues (client, system, product, market). Strong customer focus with effective relationship-building, tact, and diplomacy. Project Management & Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively. Demonstrates logical thinking and problem-solving under deadlines and incomplete information. Analytical ability to interpret data and guide decisions to improve business performance. Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrates leadership skills, including responsiveness, communication, self-assessment, and inspiring others. Positive influence within the team, aligns with management, and champions business goals and changes. Adaptability & Composure: Flexible, adaptable to change, and effective in managing risk and uncertainty. Maintains composure under pressure. Willingness to work flexibly, including overtime as required by the business. Base Salary: $49,300-$91,500 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws.
