Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Jacksonville, FL area, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. This contract position involves working itinerantly across multiple school sites within the district, with a likely caseload of approximately 60 students with mild to moderate speech and language needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across a diverse age range (Pre K-12). Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state standards. Adapt services to meet varying student needs across multiple schools. Qualifications & Experience: Current, active Florida Department of Health Speech-Language Pathology licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred. Experience delivering SLP services in a school setting. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students. Previous fingerprint clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse or willingness to complete new fingerprinting and obtain necessary school district credentials. Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively work across multiple sites. Location & Schedule: Position based in Jacksonville, FL. Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day). On-site work required; remote or VOCO options are not available.
