What you'll do as an Administrative Professional 3: This position provides advanced administrative & operational support for Distribution & Inventory Services (DIS), serving as a key liaison across leadership, staff, facilities, vendors, & other ODPS entities while independently managing complex processes, reporting, & daily operations. Relieve designated administrative staff of routine & complex administrative duties, including preparing confidential correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, & presentations. Coordinate delivery, transport, & release of ODPS equipment throughout the State of Ohio. Assist in the development, review, & submission of operating & capital budgets; Maintain & update statistical & financial data. Review & analyze contracts for compliance with applicable laws, rules, & regulations; Assist in preparing specifications & cost analyses. Qualifications Option 1: 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
