This opportunity offers a collegial environment, strong specialty support, and the ability to focus on adult patients only. Practice Details: 15-provider primary care practice Adult patient panel only Average of 18 patients per day FTE = 34 patient contact hours per week Openings: 0.75 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule Shared call rotation: 1:23 As part of Fairview s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management. Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
