Health First Cancer Instituteis seeking an experiencedAdvanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)for our Hematology/Oncology department to focus on our patients within Holmes Regional Medical Center. Internal Medicine or Hematology/Oncology experience is required to join our hospitalist team. This role provides inpatient and follow-up care for oncology patients, to include oncologic symptom management, chemotherapy management, and hematology consults. Key Responsibilities Manage hospitalized oncology and hematology patients and follow-up visits Conduct inpatient consults and coordinate care with the hematology/oncology team Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning Practice Model 7-on / 7-off rotation shared with other oncology APP hospitalists Focused on inpatient care xmvmafu Supportive team environment with five oncology physicians Qualifications NP or PA with hematology/oncology experience Comfortable managing hospitalized oncology patients Strong communication and teamwork skills Current licensure in Florida and relevant board/certifications
