Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Cicero, IL, supporting students from grades K-12 across various school settings. This role focuses on providing speech and language therapy to children in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, adapting treatment plans to meet individual student needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language disorders. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations. Participate in meetings and professional development as needed. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license appropriate for the state of Illinois. Experience working with school-aged populations across a range of grade levels (K-12). Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Location: Cicero, Illinois Additional Details: Contract position with flexible hybrid work options available. Travel contracts are available for qualified candidates holding valid SLP licenses for their respective states. Eligible travel professionals receive tax-free stipends to cover housing and meals during assignments.
