Join our thriving practice that includes multiple on-site specialties and a long tenured and experienced staff. Practice Details: 14 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. 34 patient contact hours per week. Call Frequency: 1:20 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage. Openings:8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). M Health Fairview Clinic Andover is located 24 miles from downtown Minneapolis.
