Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services within school settings in Easton, Maryland. This contract position involves supporting students at elementary and middle school levels through both in-person and teletherapy methods. Key details include: Location: Warwick Elementary School and North Dorchester Middle School (available immediately), and Choptank Elementary School (available starting April 1st) Contract Duration: Until June 10th, 2026 Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours per week Setting: School-based, working directly within the educational environment Qualifications and Experience: Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license is required Experience in providing SLP services within school settings Ability to deliver therapy effectively via teletherapy platforms is beneficial Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with school staff and families Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students Provide direct therapy services to address speech and language disorders using both in-person and teletherapy techniques Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff Collaborate with educational teams to support student communication needs and goals Benefits: Gain valuable experience working in diverse school environments Opportunity to positively impact student communication development Supportive school communities valuing speech therapy services This position offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in students' educational journeys through skilled speech-language pathology services.
