Envision Physician Services is seeking a visionary Site Medical Director to lead clinical care at CommUnityCare and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community health. Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care services across two urgent care locations Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and patient safety in alignment with CommUnityCare's mission Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team including physicians, and APPs Monitor clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores to drive improvement initiatives Serve as a liaison between medical staff and executive leadership, advocating for both patient care and provider needs Position Profile: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience Annual patient volume: 22,000 Average daily visits: 60 Double coverage model Shifts: 7a-7p, 8a-8pm EPIC EMR with Dragon Dictation Envision Physician Services is a dynamic physician- and clinician-led medical group that has been offering exceptional career opportunities for more than 60 years.
