Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Winston-Salem, NC, on a contract basis. This role involves providing direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades 4 through 12, with caseloads ranging from 40 to 45 students. This is an on-site position within a school environment, requiring collaboration with educators and adherence to district protocols. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services to students with diverse communication needs Manage a caseload of approximately 40-45 students, grades 4-12 Utilize ECATS and Infinite Campus systems for documentation and data management Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress Maintain compliance with state licensing and school district guidelines Required Qualifications: Active North Carolina SLP license (verification required) Experience with ECATS system is mandatory Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology North Carolina DPI G License required Preference given to candidates with CCC-SLP certification Must be able to work on-site full-time (25-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday) Previous experience working in a school setting preferred No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be assigned at this time Position Details: Location: Winston-Salem, NC Contract duration: ASAP through June 9, 2026 Weekly hours: 2530, Monday to Friday This opportunity is ideal for a licensed SLP with strong school-based experience and proficiency in ECATS documentation.
