What You'll Contribute The Associate, Compliance Risk will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance programs, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and management of compliance risks. What You'll Do Collaborate with the compliance risk team to design, implement, and enhance compliance programs, policies, and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and mitigate identified risks. Establish and execute ongoing monitoring and testing procedures to ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations. Assist in monitoring and reviewing compliance activities to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, including findings, recommendations, and progress updates for management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal, finance, internal audit, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance risk management. Continuously evaluate and enhance compliance processes, controls, and frameworks to promote a culture of compliance excellence. What You Have Minimum: Ability to assess and learn complex regulatory requirements and identify potential compliance risks. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work and strong organizational skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with compliance management systems or technology tools is a plus. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field. Experience working in a Fintech, ensuring compliance and risk oversight of the development and implementation of innovative solutions and digital platforms. 1-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
