Job Description

Visa Operations Specialist As a Visa Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and managing specific projects within CEA CAPA's Enrollment and Advising Department designed to contribute to sales and retention goals including but not limited to document collection, the acceptance and confirmation process, support for the visa and immigration process, and other enrollment operations processes as needed. What You'll Do: Assist with the processing of all student documents uploaded through the student portal. Review all documents for accuracy, marking documents received in the Student Information System, and communicating to the account owner or student on any documents that need to be resubmitted. Act as the subject matter expert for approved documents needed according to the specifications of each of our partner institutions and destinations. Utilize both phone and email to collect necessary student enrollment documents including internship materials if applicable. Record notes and create efficiencies in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding all student communication. Assist with administrative services related to enrollment promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team. Submit all international institutional application materials for students participating in Direct Enrollment Programs. Work collaboratively with various departments across the organization, both domestic and international, to create and continue to improve the student's experience and streamline administrative processes. Assist with creating and updating pre-departure advising resources. Assist with schedule and plan pre-departure and visa webinars. Assist with posting important program specific messages on the CEA CAPA portal according to the pre-planned communication schedule. Support CEA CAPA Pal Program matching students with a Pal during the pre-departure process. Assist with visa and immigration support procedures. Starting Salary: $52,000 What Makes a Great Candidate: Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience required Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity Experience with education abroad is a plus Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience using CRM (Customer Relations Management) databases, Salesforce preferred.
