This role involves accurately picking, packing. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders and pack items securely to ensure safe delivery Prepare and label shipments according to company standards Use RF scanners and warehouse software for inventory tracking Verify shipping labels and ensure accurate order processing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse area Communicate effectively with warehouse and office staff Follow all safety rules and procedures Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 3050 lbs throughout the shift Previous warehouse, pick/pack, dock, or shipping/receiving experience preferred Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse software required Must be computer and tech savvy Dependable, punctual, and strong communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work the scheduled shift consistently Benefits of Working with Midway Staffing Weekly pay Opportunity for overtime Consistent schedule Supportive onsite management team
