Delivery Driver - Company Vehicle

Brand Ambassador Part Time or Full Time Delivery Drivers needed. Are you an Uber or Lyft driver and tired of what the apps have been giving you? Do you have a kind personality? We're seeking the right people to join our team as a "Brand Ambassador" within our local downtown Sarasota community to spread the word about our business, safely deliver delicious meals to patrons in the downtown Sarasota area, and shuttle guests to and from our restaurant. Every person on our team must embrace a culture to ensure satisfied customers. The Brand Ambassador position has four main responsibilities: Spreading the word about our restaurant to hotels, downtown businesses, and other potential diners Delivering meals using our shuttle van to guests who order in-house delivery from the restaurant Picking up guests from local hotels & residences and bringing them to and from the restaurant in our shuttle van Assisting with procuring product for the restaurant from local stores and vendors A great Brand Ambassador will exceed customers' needs and expectations. To be considered for the team, you must: Have a friendly personality and excellent communication skills Understand our menu offerings, hours, and seating options and be able to explain them to guests, answering any questions they may have Have honesty and integrity Be reliable Possess a valid driver's license with no drug or alcohol related convictions on your driving record (background check) Drive safely at all times and adhere to road and traffic regulations Confirm orders are correctly fulfilled before delivering Process cash and card payments Be at least 18 years old Dress the part - proper uniform must be worn and in good appearance at all times Take pride in your work and the company Be willing to assist in the restaurant where needed Be able to lift 40 lbs Be familiar with and be able to navigate easily within 5 miles of the restaurant Have the ability to learn and operate POS system Have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety & Handling Certificate Marketing and/or sales experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer: Flexible daytime hours with opportunity for evening hours as well Full time and Part Time availability offered A Meritocracy.
