What It Takes High school diploma or GED required; forklift certs a plus 12 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred Know or learn scanners, WMS, and basic computer input Run forklifts, pallet jacks, or handling equipment safely Lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all shift Load and unload trucks, move and stack product Stage and organize materials for shipping or production Inspect shipments and report damage or shortages (attention to detail matters!)
