About the role Prepare weekly invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness of invoice package and timely delivery. Ensure that all invoices are appropriately reviewed and delivered. Provide project support to the project management team by gathering, inputting, and tracking project related data, creating and maintaining relevant spreadsheets and preparing reports and other related documents. Processing purchase orders and submitting to vendors. Assist with monthly review of project level unbilled revenue. Review and validate project revenue and profit margins monthly. Assist AP department with vendor invoicing questions. Requirements: Qualifications 1-3+ years of Billing / Administration experience Telecommunication construction experience Compensation details: 24-28 Hourly Wage PIec7a17eac338-26289-39679396
