A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Middleburg, FL, serving multiple school sites within the local district. This contract role requires an experienced professional to deliver speech-language services to a diverse student population ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade, focusing primarily on mild to moderate needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide quality speech-language assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for an estimated caseload of 60 students. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans. Manage an itinerant schedule, delivering services across various school locations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical standards. Qualifications: Current Florida Department of Health (DOH) SLP licensure is mandatory. Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings is preferred. Ability to manage caseload efficiently, including itinerant work across multiple sites. Completion of required fingerprinting and background checks, with valid AHCA Clearinghouse status or willingness to undergo clearance for a JLA badge. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
