Did we catch your interest? Read on! We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented administrative professional to handle a mix of nonroutine administrative tasks to support DAPC. This includes tasks such as drafting and reviewing letters and presentations, and helping ensure communication flows smoothly between DAPC, other agency divisions, partner agencies, and the public. You'll also manage confidential and public files and serve as the central office's file review coordinator, ensuring public records requests are handled accurately and on time. DAPC works closely with companies, consultants, local air agencies, and internal staff, so you'll be a key point of contact providing friendly, reliable customer service. You'll also keep an eye on office supply needs and handle purchasing for everything from everyday essentials to larger equipment.
