Key Responsibilities Enhance self-help and web-based customer experiences for our Emerging business customer segment Assist with determining the goals and priorities, mapping them to partner use cases and available platforms/tools. Design, implement, and optimize digital programs and adoption campaigns to improve customer enablement. Target messaging to users based on adoption milestones, partner journey milestones, health scores, and/or personas. Collect and analyze feedback to refine our digital efforts and campaigns. Assist with the development of retention strategies to improve product adoption. Track and report on customer health scores, trends, and satisfaction levels. Collaborate in the production of various types of content, including documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and videos. Ensure content is user-friendly and effective. Collaborate with various departments to integrate content into the customer experience. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience with SaaS digital content creation and campaign management. Ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with customer success platforms and marketing automation tools. Experience in Customer Success or related field, preferably in a SaaS environment. Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer data. Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications MSP experience is a plus. Metrics for Success Open email rate/in-app messaging Self-service tools' utilization Health Scores NPS/VOC Completion of, and time spent in University from resources associated to campaigns Churn rates.
