Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in ERP Consulting to lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services. This role is crucial for managing complex, multi-workstream programs, including Oracle NetSuite ERP and additional Oracle NetSuite products, in alignment with established PMO standards. You will focus on delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will be instrumental in tracking project progress, leading requirements gathering, andOverseeing project execution from initiation to completion. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, engaging with various stakeholders in a dynamic, often global environment. You will create, present, and secure approval for essential deliverables, including kickoff presentations, project plans, status reports, and risk logs. Effective communication with clients, team members, and third-party partners will be vital throughout the project lifecycle, along with effective stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications/Skills include: Exceptional client-facing skills and a history of building strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience facilitating meetings and delivering presentations. Strong influencing and negotiation abilities with a diverse range of stakeholders. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional problem-solving skills for issue and risk management. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and make informed decisions. Self-reliant and capable of managing workload with minimal supervision. Proven project management experience, especially in developing project plans and work breakdown structures. Client management skills, focusing on governance and measurable outcomes. Experience in vendor/partner management, including negotiating SOWs and service-level agreements. Contributions to continuous improvement and adoption of innovative work methods. Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations, including integrations and data migration. Familiarity with analytics programs related to NetSuite, including data pipeline management. Formal project management training; certifications, such as PMP, are a significant advantage. 8-10+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 4 years in NetSuite ERP project management. Coordinating technical delivery across various functions, including data migration and custom development. Overseeing third-party partnerships to ensure successful project deployment. Forecasting project workload accurately and ensuring adherence to committed timelines and budgets. Delivering a broad range of services while analyzing various project factors. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and enforcing quality standards throughout project execution. Supporting the Sales team through effective engagement during the Professional Services scoping process. Facilitating successful project transitions and driving organizational change management initiatives. Embracing AI tools that enhance project delivery while adhering to security and compliance guidelines. Salary Information: The salary range for this position in Canada is CAD $103,700 to $153,700 per annum. In the United States, the salary range is USD $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity options.
