Are you looking for a meaningful internship experience? As an intern in Crowe's Audit and Assurance practice, you will gain valuable insights into the auditing profession and learn about the daily responsibilities of an auditor. You will collaborate with experienced audit professionals and engage with current issues affecting the industry. During your internship, you will build your analytical skills while reviewing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes. You will work both independently and as part of a diverse team of talented audit professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Utilizing advanced audit tools and technologies, you will leverage data analytics, visualizations, and process automation to analyze client data and elevate their experience. This internship offers diverse client engagements across various sectors, including manufacturing, nonprofit, government, healthcare, education, construction, food and agriculture, insurance, and financial institutions. You will also have the chance to work on benefit plan audits, such as 401(k), pensions, or employee stock ownership plans. Skills and Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or a related field. CPA Eligibility: Must be on track to meet the educational requirements for obtaining a CPA license prior to starting full-time. Strong academic performance is essential. Proficiency in Excel is required. Experience with data analytics is a plus. Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, part-time positions, school jobs) is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills, as well as strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Able to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage multiple assignments. Capable of working independently and collaboratively with professionals across all levels. Willingness to travel is necessary.
