Job Summary The Business Transformation Consultant will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition to Vantus HQ, the innovative eCommerce platform for Cardinal Health's Pharmaceutical segment. This platform will enhance operational efficiency by replacing the current Order Express system through a well-structured, customer-focused migration strategy. Your role will focus on delivering clear and consistent communication throughout the organization, minimizing disruptions for customers, and facilitating a smooth migration experience. This position combines change management, strategic communications, and collaborative efforts across various departments to ensure the organization is well-prepared for each phase of the Vantus HQ rollout. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to distill complex changes into understandable concepts, and extensive experience in guiding stakeholders through large-scale transformations. Responsibilities Incorporate communication and change management elements into initiative plans, including strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and ongoing support. Assess stakeholder needs and evaluate change impacts effectively. Define success metrics for projects and continuously assess performance against these benchmarks. Link various change initiatives to develop and execute comprehensive change plans. Guide business and project leaders in their roles as change sponsors. Prepare and communicate key change milestones, demonstrating collective accomplishments. Collaborate with analytical, financial, and communication teams to track and report program metrics. Coordinate efforts with communication, learning, and HR teams to facilitate effective change execution. Help build the organization's change management capabilities by mentoring individuals at varying experience levels while sharing valuable tools and resources. Promote the sharing of ideas and best practices to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively across departments to gather stakeholder input and achieve alignment. Expectations Proven expertise with Organizational Change Management methodologies and tools, including: Effective communication planning and strategy development. Stakeholder engagement and management practices. Change analysis and readiness assessments. Leadership and project management skills. Strong relationship-building capabilities, ensuring trust and collaboration across teams. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills. Structured thinking alongside strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Qualifications BS/BA in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Training, or a related field preferred. A minimum of four years in change management, communications, project management, or a related field; experience in medium to large scale programs is a plus. Change management certification, such as ProsciĀ®, is a valued addition. Familiarity with transformation or technology-enabled change environments is advantageous. Knowledge of eCommerce, customer experience, or pharmaceutical distribution is beneficial but not mandatory.
