Company : Highmark Health Job Description : JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to shape the value proposition, vision, and execution plan for a range of clinically-focused, member-facing products related to physical health conditions. This role involves collaborating with key strategic partners and stakeholders while overseeing the execution of the product vision. The successful candidate will actively participate in sprint and milestone reviews with the Delivery team. Your responsibilities will include supporting existing products related to chronic kidney disease, diabetes programs, and congestive heart failure (CHF) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Additionally, you will assist in onboarding and supporting any new products within your scope. We seek someone with a solid background in health insurance and product management. If you live within 50 miles of an office, you are required to be onsite 3 days a week. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy to maximize value based on the department's and company's strategic roadmap and competitive position. Utilize metrics and qualitative data to anticipate future needs and identify opportunities for asset improvement. Represent the product in governance meetings. Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions effectively across diverse audiences. Serve as the accountable owner for the products/tools within your designated portfolio. Drive cross-product and cross-customer value while facilitating shared learnings. Manage the product backlog and incorporate feedback from internal and partner teams to keep it current and prioritized. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Required Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or relevant experience as determined by the company. EXPERIENCE Required Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience. Experience with Software Lifecycle for at least 3 years. 1 year of advanced domain expertise in health programs. Preferred 1 year of experience with the Agile process. SKILLS Business Acumen for P&Ls. Strong Communication Skills. Effective Conflict Management. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 0% - 25% PHYSICAL, MENTAL DEMANDS and WORKING CONDITIONS Position Type Office-based and may involve teaching or training others regularly.
