This essential position plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission of personalized, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to each client's needs. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Educate clients and their families on managing health and wellness effectively. Maintain precise medical records and documentation. Adhere to all health regulations and quality standards. Your Qualifications Valid RN nursing license. Current driver's license. Experience in critical care or home health nursing. Strong assessment, clinical skills, and effective communication. Ability to work independently and manage your time wisely. Experience with IV infusion and medication administration is preferred. Knowledge in geriatric care practices is a bonus.
