You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will coordinate all functions within the unit during your shift, collaborating effectively with your team to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the admission and discharge processes to streamline patient flow. Assess the quality of patient care services in collaboration with the management team. Foster teamwork among colleagues and implement nursing strategies for service improvement. Engage in service recovery initiatives to maintain a patient-first approach. Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff, while ensuring compliance with personnel policies. Manage scheduling and labor according to patient care needs and productivity standards. Oversee inventory control and the management of supplies and equipment. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. Registered Nurse licensed. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
