Job Description Join the Oracle Health Order Management product team, where we are transforming order management in healthcare through innovative digital solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Manager who is passionate about driving product design and user experience in EHR order management. In this vital role, you will create modern, user-centric solutions and effectively incorporate intelligent automation to promote superior clinician engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, and product marketing, along with key clinical stakeholders, to shape a roadmap of industry-leading, scalable product features. Your leadership will redefine Oracle's product portfolio and transform user experiences for both providers and patients throughout the healthcare system. Your Qualifications 5 years of professional experience in product management or clinical informatics. A proven track record in successfully delivering software products for healthcare solutions, specifically for electronic health records (EHR) or other similar regulated products. Familiarity with order entry, medication management, reconciliation, ePrescribe, and order fulfillment processes within acute and ambulatory care settings. Experience with EHR systems, such as Oracle Cerner Millennium, Epic, or Meditech. Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML-enabled decision support, and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., NCPDP, HL7, FHIR). Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to medication management and healthcare IT. Experience in Go-to-Market strategy and product lifecycle management, displaying success from concept development to delivery. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML-driven healthcare products or automation in order management workflows. A demonstrated success in developing or enhancing large-scale healthcare platforms in regulated environments, both in the US and globally. A Bachelor’s degree in informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related healthcare discipline. Job Responsibilities: Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear vision and multi-year roadmap for next-generation EHR order management, focusing on user experiences and intuitive interfaces while leveraging AI for enhanced value. Author & Communicate Product Requirements: Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories that clarify complex clinical and usability needs, guiding engineering, UX, and AI/ML teams throughout development. User Experience & Interface Design Leadership: Work alongside UX/UI experts to revamp order management interfaces, enhancing usability and workflow simplicity to meet the busy clinicians' needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, AI/ML, product marketing, and clinical stakeholders to transform clinician feedback into actionable design and development plans. Data-Driven & Intelligent Automation: Partner with AI/ML and analytics teams to embed intelligent features and decision-support tools to enhance safety and efficiency while preserving an optimal user experience. Workflow Simplification: Engage with clinicians and operational leaders to identify and implement user-friendly features and automation options that streamline tasks. Compliance & Privacy: Ensure product features comply with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements across domestic and international EHR markets. Go-to-Market Execution: Aid in launch planning and end-user training while collaborating with go-to-market and customer support teams to drive adoption and deliver measurable customer value. Market and Technology Awareness: Stay updated on trends in user experience, healthcare informatics, and AI, integrating leading practices and new technologies to maintain competitive advantage. Customer & Stakeholder Advocacy: Represent the voice of clinicians, patients, and enterprise customers in product planning to ensure solutions exceed user experience and workflow standards. Salary and Benefits: The hiring range in the US is from $74,700 to $178,100 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity options.
