Description Key Responsibilities Oversee Restaurant Operations Deliver an inviting and outstanding service experience for every guest. Inspire and drive team performance during shifts to exceed expectations. Cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere based on our core values and mission. Proactively address and resolve any guest complaints effectively. Engage with guests through regular visits to ensure satisfaction. Implement responsible alcohol service protocols. Manage inventory levels to meet the demands of restaurant operations. Ensure food preparation and presentation consistently exceed company standards. Efficiently schedule staff in alignment with sales needs. Enforce safety and security measures in compliance with company and legal guidelines. Identify and address unsafe practices or conditions in the workplace. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Report any maintenance needs to the General Manager. Communicate effectively with fellow managers for seamless operations. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned. Manage Team Performance Delegate roles and responsibilities for each shift. Encourage a culture of growth through continuous feedback and training support. Provide constructive feedback to team members for performance enhancement. Develop comprehensive training programs to facilitate staff development. Monitor performance and inform management of necessary disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Act as a mentor and coach for team members. Maintain Operational Controls Protect company assets through effective management practices. Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines. Report progress on performance goals in regular management meetings. Strictly follow cash handling protocols. Prepare and submit daily performance reports to the General Manager. Personal and Professional Development Promote teamwork and cooperation among staff in line with company vision.
