Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Location: Santa Rosa, CA Weekly Pay: $2,438 Shift: Day Shift Hours: 36 hours/week (3x12) Contract Length: 13 weeks  Job Details Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts Shift time: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Every other weekend required Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Unit Details Respiratory Therapy Department supporting adult critical care and Level III (or higher) NICU patients in an acute care hospital setting. Charting System: Epic (preferred) Requirements Graduate of an NBRC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential BLS required NRP required Minimum 2 years of acute care respiratory therapy experience Strong experience in Adult ICU and Level III or higher NICU Skills and Experience Advanced ventilator management across all patient populations Oxygen delivery methods and respiratory monitoring Respiratory patient assessments and clinical pathway management Medication administration related to respiratory care Interpretation of ABGs, pulmonary function tests, and lab results Strong troubleshooting skills for respiratory equipment Excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees.• 401K Plan.•"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc.• $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
