Job Description Join our Multicloud Services organization where we empower customers with choice, transparency, and exceptional value in cloud infrastructure. We focus on optimizing Oracle investments alongside other cloud and on-premises environments, creating scalable, resilient Multicloud solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will take the lead on strategic, complex engineering initiatives, forging strong relationships throughout the organization to design and implement innovative solutions. Your expertise will guide successful deployments from Proof of Concept (POC) to full production, while you remain at the forefront of emerging technologies to shape new solutions, products, and processes. Key Skills Required: Expertise in LLMs and agentic frameworks (e.g., MCP, OpenAI, Cohere, LangChain, CrewAI). Understanding of RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., 23ai, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). Familiarity with OCI Gen AI Services and model lifecycle workflows. Strong proficiency in Python and REST API development. Experience in building autonomous agents and orchestration pipelines. Background in cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and services including Big Data Service (BDS), and Big Data Appliance (BDA). Deep knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL. Ability to design and implement complex, secure, and scalable big data architectures. Experience managing and optimizing large-scale databases. Strong understanding of networking to enhance data transmission and resolve related issues. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and field teams to tackle AI/ML architecture challenges. Work with engineering and product teams to identify efficiency opportunities and design AI/ML-centric data platforms. Provide strategic insights on data management, model lifecycle, and Gen AI deployment patterns. Engage with teams to evaluate, design, and enhance AI-focused data architectures across OCI and hybrid setups. Identify multicloud requirements and devise innovative solutions for diverse customer needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address complex product inquiries. Promote understanding of customer complexities and value propositions through presentations and stakeholder engagements.
