Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. The pay rate for this position ranges from $80.00 to $90.00 per hour on a W2 basis. Responsibilities: Lead the global payroll modernization program to achieve alignment with organizational objectives and regional necessities. Collaborate effectively with vendors, regional representatives, and procurement to implement a streamlined shared services payroll model. Define and implement governance frameworks to effectively manage project scope, schedule, budget, issues, and risks. Engage with HR leadership and regional teams to gather requirements and provide regular program updates. Ensure compliance with regional laws and actively work with HR and legal teams to resolve legal or compliance issues. Plan and implement change management strategies and communications using the ADKAR model to facilitate program adoption. Facilitate meetings across various international time zones, including early morning sessions to support the Asia Pacific region. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience focusing on HR technology implementations. Proficiency in global payroll systems and core HR functionalities. Experience in managing international stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Workfront. Knowledge of the ADKAR model coupled with hands-on experience in change management and communications. Ability to work independently and drive projects from initiation through to execution. Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms is preferred. A background in process improvement and workflow creation is advantageous. Knowledge of regional regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
