As a Revenue Cycle Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the integration of revenue cycle workflows and technical design across various solutions and environments. You will have the opportunity to influence critical decisions that affect both operational efficiency and financial performance within our projects. This role involves engaging with executives and clients to discuss revenue cycle expectations and identify opportunities for enhancement. You will act as the primary contact for revenue cycle leadership, managing any project escalations, and facilitating clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) discussions across different venues. Collaborating with business operations leadership, CFOs, CIOs, and revenue cycle leaders will enable you to define key financial metrics and performance indicators throughout the implementation process. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or IT solution roles, with at least 4 years in a client-facing position. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive self-starter with the ability to independently manage tasks and projects. U.S. Citizenship is required due to client contracts. Ability to obtain necessary government security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Experience in system design, build, and workflow documentation. Familiarity with integration between clinical applications and revenue cycle. Strong presentation skills for conveying complex information effectively to clients and stakeholders. Experience with applications such as BedRock, PFTTools, ProfitBusinessManager, Olympus, CSPricingTool, CSChargeViewer, DFT / HL7 interfaces, and Cerner related tools. Experience in writing Cerner Command Language queries and programs. Expectations: Ability to work from an approved virtual location or relocate as necessary. Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed. Availability to work additional or irregular hours when required. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders. Commitment to adhere to security policies and procedures to protect corporate and client assets. Responsibilities: Support current state reviews, integration testing, and pre/post go-live activities. Document workflows across revenue cycle solutions. Present complex information confidently to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with product teams on customer business requirements. Understand configurations for registration, scheduling, charge services, and patient accounting. Facilitate discussions on CDRC improvements with clinical and client stakeholders. The hiring range for this position is between $71,200 and $158,200 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
