Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Specialist in Subcontracts Administration where you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with federal contracts and vendor agreements. We are looking for a motivated individual to take on the following responsibilities: Lead compliance tracking in all areas of performance mandated by contracts and vendor agreements. Provide comprehensive compliance reporting and analytics to clients, project teams, operations, and corporate stakeholders. Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) effectively. Engage with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party auditors to ensure adherence to standards. Develop reports on business continuity, disaster recovery, and document archiving for ongoing projects. Oversee external audits and vendor quality assurance audits, maintaining rigorous standards. Deliver regular compliance updates to project management to ensure alignment. Ensure staffing, operations, and quality management plans are regularly updated and effective. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in subcontracts management. Preferred advanced degree or professional designation for added expertise. Experience managing various subcontract types including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Material. Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, NDA, and CPSR compliance best practices. Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Coupa), CLM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal oversight. Experience supporting Federal Health, Civilian, and DoD programs is a plus. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Self-motivated with multitasking abilities and timely decision-making capabilities. A track record of handling complex subcontract negotiations and dispute resolutions independently. Experience collaborating across diverse organizational levels while maintaining high expectations. Knowledge of supporting CPSR-compliant audits and maintaining documentation rigorously. Proven success in customer service-oriented team environments within matrixed organizations. Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with diverse assignments. The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,780 to $135,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
