What We're Looking For We're seeking a veterinarian who: Values strong client relationships and community involvement Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Is open to mentorship or enjoys mentoring others Has an interest in surgery, dentistry, exotics, or a special focus area (not required - just a plus!) What's in it for you: We offer a competitive salary, medical benefits (including health dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation dues, reimbursement, liability coverage, mentorship, and so much more. The base salary with production for this position can range between $140,000 - $180,000 annually with production for a 40-hour work week (4 tens) and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus.
