Details Outpatient/inpatient hospital ultrasonography department setting Performs general and vascular ultrasound procedures; ABIs, segmental pressure studies, echo, and breast ultrasound are not required Schedule is 4x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Rotating on-call required approximately once every 4–5 weeks Holiday coverage rotation required Epic EMR used for charting Requirements Minimum 1 year of sonography experience required; 2 years preferred ARDMS certification required Current BLS certification (AHA) required — must not expire prior to assignment start Associate's Degree required Experience with general and vascular ultrasound (excluding ABIs, segmental pressures, echo, and breast) Active license required if applicable DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Responsibilities include operating ultrasound imaging equipment, positioning patients, coordinating examinations, submitting images for radiologist interpretation, and maintaining image quality standards Must communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, radiologists, and leadership in a fast-paced environment Permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment Candidates with a pending license are not eligible for this position American Traveler Job ID #P-680194.
